Hello Mr. Goodale, I apologize you feel the way you do about your truck buying experience. I reached out to you via phone and email after your purchase in April. I am perplexed as to why you did not respond then to share your feelings when you bought your Frontier. Every individual at Leith Nissan of Cary is dedicated to customer contentment like you experienced when we worked to provide you with everything you requested. Our staff is attentive and engaging with every customer that chooses to do business with us. However, I am confused by your statement, "I don't trust my new Nissan" then a few sentences later you wrote, "Truck is great, as I said, I have a hard time believing in the long-term quality". You can understand how this would cause anyone to scratch their heads. Also, our Internet Department has a disclaimer in the email you received with your vehicle inquiry stating, "Price does not include Dealer installed Accessories, Tax, License or $598.00 document/admin fee. We reserve the right to modify this quote to correct arithmetic errors. Incentive and pricing programs are subject to change by Manufacturer without notice. Vehicles contained in this quote are subject to availability. Many of our inventory photos are stock photography. Actual colors, options and accessories may differ on the specific vehicle you have selected". This eliminates any confusion by the representatives when they furnish the requested quote to a customer. Regarding your "high sticker prices" statement, Nissan places the Monroney stickers on all new vehicles. Our dealership does not have any addendums on prices, nor do we produce the MSRP on the window stickers. While you were in our dealership, I am sure you saw the banners and trophies awarded to our store, from Nissan USA. Providing our customers with truly exceptional customer service is the reason we were honored with these distinctions. You are absolutely correct, we do pride ourselves on our customer satisfaction and the transparency with which we do business. The many 5 star reviews online are a testament to this. I assure you there is nothing "fake" about the reviews written by our customers. Again, I apologize for the way you feel about your vehicle purchase. You made the well informed decision to buy from our dealership. This was your choice. Therefore, I encourage you to return my calls so we can discuss your comments further. We want you to enjoy your new Nissan Frontier. It is a quality made product that will provide you with years of driving pleasure just as your Ford did.
