Campbell then introduced us to Derek Parker from the sales team to assist us further. Derek greeted us and listened to our needs. We noticed a pattern immediately; both Campbell and Derek had listened, heard, and understood our parameters. Derek was the consummate professional and never once pressured us to do anything. It was clear that Derek had one goal: help us find the right vehicle. He didn't even blink once as we asked to look at, sit in, and test drive many (many) vehicles....multiple times...over eight (8) weeks. Derek took a chore and made it palatable. Lastly, when it came time to negotiate pricing, Leith Nissan did not charge us for all the coffee, bottled water, and popcorn consumed by us and our two boys. Well, at least they didn't itemize it. :-) More
