It was a great experience from beginning to end - our salesperson, Shannon McDougall, was very friendly and extremely helpful, without at all pressuring us. We felt we were well treated, and we left a couple of hours later with the car. We're very happy with the car itself - great shape, and great price. The 30 day drivetrain warranty helped. I have used this dealership before, for servicing my Nissan Leaf, and have had similar positive experiences then too. More

Needless to say, I am a repeat customer and for good reasons. My first buying experience was excellent and the second one even topped the first ! The sales and finance people are so helpful and willing to work with you that it feels wrong to not buy a car here. I am not exaggerating at all- this is how I felt. I have visited many dealers in the Raleigh/Durham area and this dealership is the best I had the pleasure (yes, pleasure) to do business with. They offered excellent value for trade-in and also offered great price on the new car, all without serious negotiation or sales pressure. This is a dealership with a difference- clearly the best kept secret in the Triangle. Leith also sells other cars and in the future even if I prefer a different brand such as Honda, I would go the Nissan dealership and start from there. I absolutely recommend Leith Nissan sales and service to everyone. More

I just traded this vehicle for a new 2016 Maxima, and the first, and as it turns out the only dealership I visited was Leith Nissan Cary. My wife and I were greeted by Courtney Stuhlmiller (sales professional). Courtney was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable, and my wife and I have never had a better experience with an automobile purchase. Bonnie Gramling, General Manager, was also outstanding in working with us to reach a mutually satisfactory price. More
Replace your Service Center Techs The service center technicians are horrible. Brought vehicle in for a repair and they messed up the door panel. When I pointed it out, the tech trie The service center technicians are horrible. Brought vehicle in for a repair and they messed up the door panel. When I pointed it out, the tech tried to say that I did it. After a couple rounds of calls and they finally replaced the door panel. They have had to order parts for repair before. I got a call that parts were in and to bring car back. When I did they gave me a loaner (which was dirty and had trash in it). Later that day, they called to tell me that they didn't have the part and that I would need to pickup my car and come back after parts come in. This happened a couple more times for the same repair. Took 4 trips all together. Got a Survey request from Nissan and gave them a bad review. Got a call from someone at dealership asking me to call next time rather than giving them a bad review. I was also informed that the Service Survey's customers get only reflect on the Service person that greets you and takes in your car. It doesn't provide any feed back on the quality of the technicians doing the repairs (which is unfortunate). The only person that makes me come back to this dealership is Jason Roeser. He the nicest and helpful person at Leith Nissan. He should be used as a example in training for all the other employees. More
