Buyer Beware ! Although we got the car of our dreams and the sales person Jimmy K was great, the Finance guy was a sleazy, sleight of hand trickster. He never disc ! Although we got the car of our dreams and the sales person Jimmy K was great, the Finance guy was a sleazy, sleight of hand trickster. He never disclosed the total cost of the warranty package he was selling. And boy, does he sell the Simonizing. His dealership sanctioned trick is to turn the cost into a monthly payment and make it look like a nominal amount. Luckily, I looked closely enough and realized the package had added over $5,000 to the total loan amount. When confronted, his only response was “most people only care about the monthly payment.” My only response was “now I see your shiny underbelly.” Must be the Simonizing. More

Outstanding customer service We are glad to have Eric Crevling as our sales person in Leith Nissan , Cary Recently we visited Leith Nissan located in Cary to check cars which fit We are glad to have Eric Crevling as our sales person in Leith Nissan , Cary Recently we visited Leith Nissan located in Cary to check cars which fit in our budget and needs.We did not negotiated price, we just explained what type of car we are looking and budget. Eric Crevling made our process so easy to pick the right car with his excellent knowledge on the cars and great customer service. We got price better than internet price. Here we should share our experience with Leith Nissan sales team.... we pick the car and paper work done and ready to go then our sales person Eric noticed a flaw in the car paint that we did not notice and he informed immediately to his general manager and have them arranged another car on the spot. General Manager came to us and ask for apologies and he himself stood and expedite whole process. We are speechless and just enjoyed their exceptional service. We are more than 100% satisfied with Leith Nissan sales team for their great responsibility towards customers. We are not big fan of Nissan but after this experience we changed our mind and for all future car needs we go ONLY to Leith Nissan and recommend 100% to my friends. More
