Details specific to the vehicle, its engine, drive train, transmission, economies, unique features were not known, at all, by anyone.. Do your own homework !!!. My Sales person Courtney Stuhlmiller, and the General Manager Bonnie Gramling were super knowledgeable, helpful, and made the car buying experience a pleasure. I would highly recommend this dealership and these people for your next purchase. They really try to get you into the right vehicle at the right price and finance options. FYI I LOVE THE MURANO!! The technology Nissan offers over the other big three Japanese car makers is unbelievable! YOU CANNOT GET A BETTER BANG FOR THE BUCK ON THE TECHNOLOGY OFFERED IN NISSAN! Sorry I'm yelling..:-) As a Tech guy in the RTP area I just love new technology and wanted everyone to be aware of just how much Nissan puts into it. I highly recommend Leith Nissan of Cary! More
Ignore and don't care to listen after they sell I was looking for a used car and short listed three brands. Toyota, Honda, and Nissan. And, I choose to buy from dealers to get a clean working car. A I was looking for a used car and short listed three brands. Toyota, Honda, and Nissan. And, I choose to buy from dealers to get a clean working car. And, got a Nissan Rouge fully loaded. After two days, I saw moisture on the driver side headlight and talked to the sale agent about the issue and he told me to bring the car. I did and didn't find him and talked to another sales agent. He talked to the service department and he said "Nissan cars can have acceptable level of moisture in headlight". And, what is acceptable level means, he can't elaborate it. In general, he is not willing to discuss with me further to help me. I stopped by their service department and the other guy said the same thing what the sales person said. I also asked him the same question, what an acceptable level amount is and he didn’t explain it. Thank you for responding to my complain and checking the car. The moisture level is returned after seen by the service people and the fix was running the car in high beam headlight mode for about 30 minutes. It doesn't make sense to start the engine to remove moisture. I think the quality of the product is very poor. More

Derek really knows the cars, and fully answered all of our questions. A few more features with this car, and he easily taught us how they worked. Derek is the only car salesman that my husband and I have been comfortable with. He is not pushy at all, and really tries to help you get the car that is the right car for you. More

Leith's staff is courteous but personable, and they were happy to proverbially hold my hand every step of the way. They were more than willing to compromise in order to get my husband and I in the ballpark of a payment we felt comfortable with. Now, I won't go anywhere else. I love my brand new 2016 Rogue, can't wait to bring it back for my first oil change (and a vacuuming if y'all have time :) ...) More

After my third vehicle from them, I made the mistake of trying another make/model from a different group of dealers. Not only was I reminded of typical headaches car buying can be , but also in working with a Service department that did not put the customer first. I can honestly say, I have never experienced that at Leith Nissan, and hence why I went back. This time I worked with June Rosas who made the deal effortless on my part. I got the vehicle I wanted at a price that I was completely happy with. And I didn't have to spend half my day at the dealership! I can assure you I will be sticking with Leith Nissan! More
