He asked us personal questions to better understand the type of car we were hoping to purchase for our family. While our initial thought of a car did not work out, Jimmy took our criteria and recommended a different vehicle that better matched the needs we had. We did not feel pressured at all during the situation, but more well taken care of and cared for. Over a week period of time, Jimmy shared details about the car and after visiting a variety of other lots, we came back because of our great experience and the quality of the car. Jimmy took special care to hear what we needed to make a final decision and then worked seamlessly to ensure we felt confident as we made the final purchase.
