Traveling on the highway, I was broadsided by a This is my second Nissan Versa purchased from Leith Nissan. Very unique buying experience this time. Traveling on the highway, I was broadsided by a deer. Unfortunately my car was totaled. Chris Baysa was traveling behind me on the interstate, witnessed the accident, and pulled over to see if I was ok. A couple of days later, I called Leith Nissan to inquire about financing a new vehicle and Chris by chance took my call. He was very helpful explaining financing options and I met with him that afternoon to look at prospective vehicles. We had to wait to finalize the deal until my insurance company settled, but Chris kept in contact with me to make sure I didn't lose any rebate opportunities since the settlement took a few days. When I received my settlement letter from the insurance company, I met with Chris the next morning and he helped me find the right vehicle. We closed the deal and he followed me home in the new vehicle, saving me a return trip back to the dealership to exchange plates. Chris was very helpful and I would recommend him to anyone interested in a new Nissan. More
