Excellent service experience My Altima failed me in a parking lot.Since the problem was related to the steering/intelligent key, I had it towed to the dealership. I have not had good experiences in the past with dealerships in general. This was a happy exception. Every person I met was friendly and helpful, from Jason who checked me in to Kim who handled my loaner. The problem was covered under a recall. Ralph kept me updated as to progress and findings. I authorized some additional maintenance work which was done in a timely manner. They even washed my car. Altogether, it went from a potentially miserable experience to a practically painless, pleasant one. Thanx More
