Hidden gem We had our hearts set on a maxima, but it was out of our budget, so we decided to test drive the Altima to see what we thought of it. Darien immediate We had our hearts set on a maxima, but it was out of our budget, so we decided to test drive the Altima to see what we thought of it. Darien immediately greeted us in a very friendly manner and was very honest and real about the Altima throughout the whole test drive. He didn't try to push us into it and could see that we were not 100% sold on it. He found us a certified pre-owned Passat that was at another local Leith dealership and brought it up for us to see. We immediately fell in love with it and he was helpful every step of the way. He answered all of our off the wall safety and feature questions and if he didn't know the answer, he used his resources to find out for us. We brought our 3yr old along to test drive and we were treated wonderfully. Our 3yr old sincerely thinks that Darien is a family friend and so was Brandon (from VW) because of how friendly they were. It wasn't a "hey I'm going to be nice and friendly so you'll buy from me." They're 2 guys who we wouldn't mind watching a football or basketball game with. Very cool guys. We had a hiccup with the car. A ding was on the side of it. We didn't remember it being there during the test drive, but the dealership was really responsive and immediately gave us a loaner vehicle to take home while they fixed the ding on the side of the car. They're fixing the ding and bringing the car to us (almost 2hrs away from the dealership) so we didn't have to make an additional trip. We didn't even ask for that. They were extremely accommodating. We will 100% be going back to Leith and using Darien and Brandon again. Wonderful individuals. More

Experience returning & purchasing a leased vehicle Rush and Chris were great in helping us turn in our leased vehicle and then purchase another one.
