Great Team at Leith Nissan! I took my car in to Leith for service as a first time customer, and I came out with a "new to me" car! Our service attendant, Ken Hall, was very go I took my car in to Leith for service as a first time customer, and I came out with a "new to me" car! Our service attendant, Ken Hall, was very good with contacting us and clearly explaining what the problem was with our vehicle. He was very pleasant and helpful when we stated that we were considering a purchase instead of repair. Ken then introduced us to our FANTASTIC sales person, Mr. Jim Kamara... Jim really listened to our needs when suggesting vehicles for us to look at, and he worked diligently to get us the best payment possible. Although we had a really long wait to speak with the finance manager, Kamara was attentive and extremely apologetic for the wait. He also made sure he kept things moving by requesting the detailing, filling the tank, etc while we were waiting. I can't say enough good things about Mr. Kamara. I also wanted to leave a comment about the great job the two gentlemen did that detailed our pre-owned vehicle (unfortunately I didn't catch their names)! In addition, the General Sales Manager (Mr. Tony Enderle) stepped in and provided an extra touch of customer service by agreeing to resolve a minor cosmetic issue on the vehicle as well. And lastly, but certainly not least, we're confident that the Finance Manager (John Watson) also worked hard on our behalf to get us the best finance rate available. Great car buying experience. My car broke down and I needed to buy a new one. I heard an ad on the radio about Nissan deals so I did a Google search for Nissan dealerships in my a My car broke down and I needed to buy a new one. When I called Leith I was put in contact with Chris Domingo who was an absolute pleasure to work with. With Chris I got no real sales pitch just real talk and straight forward honest answers. I explained my financial situation as well as the physical condition of my car. I explained I didn't want to tow the car to them because if we couldn't make a deal I didn't want to tow it home. Chris came to my house to do the appraisal and brought the car we had discussed purchasing. He took me on a test drive and my wife and I fell in love with the car right away. Chris, Shannon and Quincy allowed us the time to think it over and do everything we could from the comfort of our home using the website for all the initial paperwork and credit checks. After we got our approval and were ready to make our purchase Chris brought our new car to our house for us to review and take on a second test drive. We agreed to the deal and the car. The next day we set up an appointment with Chris and Shannon do finalize all of our paperwork. It was a very simple and painless process. We did not spend countless hours of wasted time at the dealership we went through very little to no stress and drove home in our new Nissan. We will absolutely be doing all future car buying business with Leith Nissan and would recommend Leith to all of our friends amd family members who are looking for a new car. More
