I recently purchased a brand new Altima from Leith Nissan and it was one of the best experiences ever from a car dealer. Al Lombardi was very helpful and I did not feel any pressure from him to buy a vehicle and it was one of the best experiences ever from a car dealer. Most dealers have pushy sales people and that is a big turn off to me. Bonnie Gramling was so pleasant and made you feel right at home and part of the family. Chris Wasz made the experience of filling out all the paperwork enjoyable. He was very thorough covering everything. When we went to purchase our new Versa Note, we knew exactly what we wanted. We had done our research and found the car on the lot we wanted. We had made an appointment via the online tool to meet with exactly what we wanted. We had done our research and found the car on the lot we wanted. When we arrived, he was not in yet, but rather than get frustrated at their online department, one of the general managers stepped in and found us Mary Leahy to work with. We could not have been more pleased to work with Mary. She was extremely personable and knew everything about the Versa. But more importantly, we felt absolutely no pressure. There was no pressure to look at any other cars, no pressure to buy anything additional, and no pressure to rush. She showed us the service department and introduced us to the manager there, let us know about their shuttle service for service waits and was overall just a joy to work with. Every team member was more than accommodating. Even discussing financing (we financed through our credit union) and additional warranties, there was absolutely no pressure. We left to pick up our check and within the hour it took to do so, we came back to a beautifully clean and detailed, ready to drive off the lot, Versa Note. Mary sat with me before I left, to be sure I knew the basic interface controls for the Bluetooth option and helped me pair my phone. Overall, I am so pleased we found the Versa Note at Leith Nissan. I went into Leith as a suggestion from my mechanic because they buy parts from Leith and have had great experiences. I knew what I wanted in a car and how much I wanted to spend. He didn't push me for more car than I wanted and for buying anything more costly than I wanted. He was honest and up front and answered all my questions. He was very forthcoming in saying that he just wanted me to be happy with my purchase and not regret going to Leith for the car. I got the car that I wanted and for what I was willing to pay. Of all the cars I have purchased in my life time this was one of the most easiest transactions and their honesty was welcomed. Chris Wasz in the finance department was also great to work with. He went over everything thoroughly and made sure I understood the terms and financing options. His sense of humor and personality made the financial part of the deal a little better to deal with. He was honest and gave his opinion when asked. Overall I felt good with the transaction and the experience I had with Kevin and Chris. Both are great guys and in my opinion Leith is lucky to have them both! I look forward to seeing them again when I bring my car in for service or if I'm just in the neighborhood. After many years of no car payment, and receiving excellent service from my 2001 Nissan Pathfinder, I decided it was time for a "new" vehicle, with a "sporty" flair. After all, I deserve it!! As I am retiring next year, I also needed a payment to also be in my budget. Being from a small town with used car dealerships on every corner, I decided to go to Cary Auto Park and look around. There I met KEVIN JONES, who not only was gracious and personable, he also was very knowledgeable of the Cayenne Red Rogue I was "checking out". I had done my research, as any good consumer should do, so KEVIN was able to answer any remaining concerns I had. Short story shorter...I am the PROUD owner of that Cayenne Red Nissan Rogue, with a more than affordable payment and looking forward to many "retirement" miles!! THANK YOU KEVIN JONES!! More
My wife and I suddenly found ourselves in the market for a new car after bringing in my wife's 2002 Nissan Altima for service. To say we were reluctant shoppers, is somewhat of an understatement. My wife saved and scrimped for years to get her 3.6L, 6 cylinder Altima, and did not want to replace it. I'm in sales for a living, but buying a car is NOT one of my favorite things to do. We were diligent, did our homework and visited just about every dealership in the greater RTP area before returning to Leith Nissan to test drive their SUV's, as we had come to the conclusion an SUV was the best option for our family. Personally, I felt this was going to be a "check the box" activity that would make my wife happy, but did not think we would end up buying a Nissan to replace my wife's Altima. Much to my surprise, we were so pleased with Derek Parker's approach, product knowledge and professionalism... NOT to mention his passion and enthusiasm for his job, dealership and manufacturer... that we ended up buying the very same Nissan Pathfinder we test drove that Memorial Day weekend. To be fair, the 2013 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum Premium SUV's features and capabilities also won us over. Nothing we had driven (and I could name all of the names, but I won't) compared... It wasn't even close. Chris Wasz, stepped in to assist with closing out our transaction and made the options, accessories and added services available to us crystal clear, as well as, extremely affordable. His and Derek's caring and thoughtful accommodations of our needs (as well as our 2.5 year old son, who had to put up with our evaluation and considerations) could NOT have been more accommodating to our needs. Finally, Cheryl Furcini, Service Manager, connected us with Derek after bringing in my wife's Altima for service and she could NOT have led us to a better consultant. For her thoughtful and caring efforts, we will always be grateful. And Bonnie Gramling topped off our experience by making sure we knew who she was and offering her contact information as an additional point of contact should the need ever arise. In summary, we could NOT have been more happy with our experience, the staff and our experience in buying our NEW Nissan Pathfinder. Thank you to everyone at Leith Nissan. Leith Nissan was the 3rd car lot we had visited that day and as soon as we walked onto the lot we were greeted by Mary. I knew that I wanted a Nissan Frontier and Mary quickly got me behind the wheel of one and as soon as we walked onto the lot we were greeted by Mary. I knew that I wanted a Nissan Frontier and Mary quickly got me behind the wheel of one. We then sat and talked numbers with Mary and Boris for a few hours and had a deal in place. Afterwards we continued shopping other dealerships for a car for my wife. During the night I started to get cold feet and wanted to compare to the Xterra. After selling my old car and purchases a car from Ford, we returned in the late afternoon to find a packed dealership. Mary while juggling customers heard me out and got me behind two Xterras. Afterwards we left and planned to return the next day with the decision. We returned deciding to get the Frontier but at a different level of trim. Mary made sure we drove one to compare and then we finalized a deal starting from scratch again and working the numbers. We then got to sit down with Chris who assisted us in securing the financing. He gave us a great deal and both he and Mary explained ways we could get some extra money back from our old cars, which no other dealer that we spoke to over the weekend even mentioned to us. They even went so far as to offer to assist us with the paperwork. When the deal was done, my wife and I both felt like Leith Nissan was probably the best experience we had all weekend. More
This was a pleasant and painless experience. I was on a specific budget and Kevin worked hard to get me where I needed to be. My wife and I had a great experience shopping for and purchasing a new Nissan Altima at Leith Nissan. Raymond Hucks Jr. was absolutely fantastic to work with. He listened to our needs, was very knowled purchasing a new Nissan Altima at Leith Nissan. Raymond Hucks Jr. was absolutely fantastic to work with. He listened to our needs, was very knowledgable about the vehicles and options for the Maximas and Altimas (which were the 2 cars we were looking at), and helped us make what I consider a very informed choice. He also helped us by working with us to test drive a Honda Accord which was another vehicle we were considering. We never felt pressured and never felt intimidated. It was probably one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. If we could have Raymond sell us every new car we buy from this point forward I would enjoy the car buying process much more. Kudos to Raymond, he did a great job and went out of his way to help us in every way. The Financing process was also well done by Chris Wasz. We were able to get through process without issues and it didn't take a long period of time. He did his job well and got us out the door and into our new car efficiently. More
