My wife and I had a great experience shopping for and purchasing a new Nissan Altima at Leith Nissan. Raymond Hucks Jr. was absolutely fantastic to work with. He listened to our needs, was very knowled purchasing a new Nissan Altima at Leith Nissan. Raymond Hucks Jr. was absolutely fantastic to work with. He listened to our needs, was very knowledgable about the vehicles and options for the Maximas and Altimas (which were the 2 cars we were looking at), and helped us make what I consider a very informed choice. He also helped us by working with us to test drive a Honda Accord which was another vehicle we were considering. We never felt pressured and never felt intimidated. It was probably one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. If we could have Raymond sell us every new car we buy from this point forward I would enjoy the car buying process much more. Kudos to Raymond, he did a great job and went out of his way to help us in every way. The Financing process was also well done by Chris Wasz. We were able to get through process without issues and it didn't take a long period of time. He did his job well and got us out the door and into our new car efficiently. More

Campbell Livery, was absolutly a pleasure to work with, he was very attentive to our needs... Even fixed the popcorn machine after hours to accomodate my son. Having a Honda lease expired soon we were planning to lease a Honda Civic again. Then decided to stop by and check a lease deal for Nissan Leaf. Just in case. Mary Leahy showed us a vehicle and got us on lease a Honda Civic again. Then decided to stop by and check a lease deal for Nissan Leaf. Just in case. Mary Leahy showed us a vehicle and got us on a test drive. Since we had a limited knowledge about it, Mary and Boris Fershteyn spent a good amount of time with us. There was no pressure at all, just a share of knowledge and excitement. They showed us different payment options (with and without down payment) for different models (S and SV). We were difficult customers, very picky with what we want in a vehicle, what color, what monthly payment. Mary spent a lot of time with us and always was extremely friendly. Everybody we met in this dealership were very nice, friendly people. Bonnie Gramling and Boris helped us to get a deal which would make us happy. We appreciate it! Johanna Que, a finance manager, is knowledgeable and a nice person too. The overall experience was very pleasant. We felt that we have been treated with a great respect. On delivery the car was very clean, beautiful. Mary again spent a good deal of time explaining, registering on CARWINGS and going through some settings. We thank you all! Mary was just a exceptional sale associate. I worked with each of these persons above. Each help in some way, whether be financing , answering questions about the car, or just negotiating the price of with each of these persons above.
