Allison is the best person to deal with when buying a car. The whole experience can be overwhelming and it was my first big purchase/lease. She explained everything in that process and helped me with ensuring I was still saving money in the end. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and caring person. I was not just a customer or sale to her. She truly cares and was invested in my whole experience with Honda. She is no longer just my car salesman, but more of a friend now. BUYER BEWARE! ! Leith Honda serviced my car and let me know about a fuel pump recall my car had. I take it in the next week for them to replace the fuel pump and ge ! Leith Honda serviced my car and let me know about a fuel pump recall my car had. I take it in the next week for them to replace the fuel pump and get it back that night. I drive 3 miles home and the engine starts to sputter…car will no longer start, all warning lights are on. I get towed back to Honda, they proceed to tell me it’s my battery…they replace it and give me my car back. I drive the next day, starts up, 4 miles into the drive car starts making crazy noises I turn it off and on again, doesn’t start. I get towed to Honda again… they tell me it’s my battery and would not provide a loaner. After the third tow in in a week they finally decide to look deeper into it. They find that they messed up an o ring during the fuel pump installation and tell me my car was xxxxxxx air instead of fuel. No apologies from the service providers for continuously telling me I’m wrong, when clearly they messed up. More
