This dealership is a ZERO star dealership. They purchased my 2021 Ford Raptor from me to resell it. I was told I would receive a check in about 21 days to allow the title to be cleared, whi They purchased my 2021 Ford Raptor from me to resell it. I was told I would receive a check in about 21 days to allow the title to be cleared, which I agreed. Now over 3 weeks later, I'm being told they will not cut me a check until the title arrives at their dealership. Which is total BS because THEY HAVE ALREADY RESOLD MY TRUCK. How can you trust a business that would sell a car that they haven't even fully paid for? If they are willing to screw me over like this, what do you think they are willing to do to you? Side Note: Maddy, who I have been dealing with throughout this debacle has been fantastic. VERY responsive and kudos to him for trying to help. But the accounting department (and Leith Leadership) could obviously care less about the people they do business with. More
