He had patience to answer my all-questions time to time and for his curtesy I was able to purchase a new Honda CRV Hybrid 2022 Touring. I would highly him if you want to buy a car and you do not want to lose any extra money or if you want to get an excellent service with a lot of peace in mind. Let's tell my story here. I started searching for buying Honda CR-V Hybrid since around 27 July 2022. Many dealerships were asking extra money for a new car in the name of market adjustment fee. In many places, they just put the name on waiting list and then sell the car in higher rate. Very difficult to trust. But I knew that Leith Honda is a good place from where many of my relatives bought their cars. When I randomly found Jim on call by going through the sale personnel, I like the way he explained me how situation is after chip shortage and unavailability of new car. I signed up and I didn't really have to pay anything. In late September, I called me and inform me that there is a 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring coming in if I want to put my name on it. But I wanted 2022, because 2023 have a weird interior - net vent left to right through the dashboard. I didn't like it. So, said no - I do not want it. He alerted me that probably there could be no other 2022 new cars coming in. I accepted the risk and thanked him for everything he did. Around 2 weeks later I received a call from him on a morning around 9:30. He told me that there is one last 2022 CR-V Hybrid coming but it is not EX-L, it will be Touring. I liked the color. and price was almost reasonable being a higher trim with lot of extra features. He helped me to reserved it on my name and informed me when it arrived. He provided all info in text and email regarding the payment procedures and allow me convenient time to come and complete the purchase. He is very nice sale person, very knowledgeable. He suggested me ways to save some money buying on accessories and he personally helped me to placed it in my car. I am very thankful to Jim that I were able to get my dream car. I feel blessed to have met Alison. We did not finish until two hours after closing and not once did Alison make me feel any less than if I would have walked in at 1pm. Alison was friendly, attentive, and did whatever it would take to make my buying experience amazing. She didn't have to sell me the car. I walked in knowing what I wanted and was buying it from whomever. I am so thankful that our paths crossed because she turned a really bad day into an amazing night. More
This was my first time buying a car from a dealer and the experience was amazing. I had preorder my car and when it arrived I was on vacation. I really appreciate that they did not try to sell me unnecessary things. Of course they recommend a warranty that would best serve me but I did not feel pressured into buying it. Nightmare repair service! On 9/30/22 I took my vehicle in to have a safety recall airbag repair performed. The technician gouged my dashboard in several places during the repair. The damage was not brought to my attention. I found the damage when my car was returned to me. When brought to the attention of the manager on shift, he asked "what will make this right, an oil change?". After some discussion, the manager agreed to have a technician they contract repair the dash board. On 10/6/22 I was contacted me after 8:00 am and asked to bring the vehicle in right then for repair work. No advanced notice, no scheduling, no chance since I was already at work. Since then I have herd nothing from the dealership. More
