It was the worst experience ever. Arrived at the dealership at 10am and left 7pm with even being offered water or a bag of chips, I had to request it. Firstly they sold me a car with an electrical problem, and took the whole day for them to realize that it would not be possible to fix. They provided me a new one but it took almost 1 week for then to upload my information. Besides the fact that nobody taught me anything about the car functions, my salesman was very unprofessional. After that I felt extremely annoyed and pressured for purchasing an extra warranty. I had to decline more than 6 times, and the financial guy after I declined changed his behavior becoming dry and mean. Later on, I purchased some accessories, and they upload the wrong prices of accessories, it was a complete mess. Nothing was correct, I had to check and ask to correct everything, they were so careless that I felt bad buying with them. But the worst part was that I asked about how I could start paying my loan, they told me that I was going to receive a link from Honda financial services and then would be able to pay. After 45 days I haven't received anything, so I call the financial services today and they told me that I was 7 days late of my first payment and don't even have my email on file. I was a returning Leith Honda customer, my how things have changed. Sales management team was combative and derogatory towards other area dealers. Had a "take it or leave it" attitude and did not seem at have changed. Sales management team was combative and derogatory towards other area dealers. Had a "take it or leave it" attitude and did not seem at all interested in finding solutions. We were not able to agree on price ( I wanted a $500 discount on a full price vehicle + $450 in dealer add ons and $699 doc fee). I am a local buyer so they would have had lifetime maintenance. And I was trading in so they would have made money there as well. Their attitude seems very short sighted. Reggie Jackson was happy to work the deal I wanted (paid more than CARMAX for my trade in) and I am thrilled with my purchase from them. More
