The fact that they do not charge for a bunch of useless extras on the new cars is very nice. I hate when dealerships do this. They also gave me a fair price on my trade. The only problems I had was I found a dent and a scratch in my brand new car which is upsetting. I brought the scratch up upon delivery and nobody seemed to car but the dent I found the day after. When I buy a brand new car, I want it to be brand new. More
