Dani Bianco and everyone on her team were awesome when I purchased my 2024 Hybrid CRV recently. Our family has shopped Leith Honda for about 20 years, and have never been anything but completely satisfied. purchased my 2024 Hybrid CRV recently. Our family has shopped Leith Honda for about 20 years, and have never been anything but completely satisfied. The only thing that made this a less than perfect experience was the finance guy continuing REPEATEDLY to attempt upsell me with service plans, paint and leather protectant etc. I politely declined at least 5 times during the closed door meeting, and was trying to keep my patience. I did feel what seemed like anger from him at the close of the meeting as if he was personally offended, while I had tried to keep it professional. Other than this, it was great when I drove off the lot in my new car. More
