I took my car in because of squealing brakes. The technician n.oticed my tread was low on my tires. I have purchased several cars from Brad Manning, most recently a used certified Honda Civic for my daughter to take to college. Brad is very knowledgable and very accomodating. The price on the car was well below Kelly Blue book value and they had even marked it down more for some reason. I am very pleased and my daughter loves it. Plus, with the warranty on certified cars, I don't have to worry about fixing the car if something happens since my daughter is at school 12 hours away. I recommend Leith Honda and Brad Manning to anyone wanting a simple, easy way to buy a new or used car. These guys rock! More
I sent in for a quote on exactly what I wanted in a car. Received the quote back from Phillip Rubin. I traveled an hour to get to the dealership to purchase the car. After test driving it, we went in to purchase the car with the quoted price and found out the quote was in "error." They misread the spec sheet to an error of over $2,000. It was a classic bait and switch. I would never do business with them!!!! More
We walked on the lot and began looking at cars. For about 30 minutes we were not even approached by a salesperson. This was a weekday. There were salespeople walking around the inside, but no one came up to us and said hello. We looked inside a new odyssey and finally FOUND someone who might help, he said he was helping a customer and gave us to another salesperson who did finally help us, Jeff Johnson. However, after sitting down to negotiate the price on the car we wanted, the dealership let us walk out the door with the car price was within a couple thousand dollars of our expectations. They didn't offer to do any other negotiations on interest rate, price, payment, trade in, or incentives. They just said that was it. They let us walk out of there without the car. It was okay, though, we went to Crown the next day, knowing what we wanted, had a great experience with the salespeople, and bought the same vehicle with a couple simple negotiations. I don't know if the dealership didn't think we were serious, or if they just didn't feel like selling a car, but that was the poorest negotiating I've ever seen a dealership do. I don't think it even had to do with Jeff himself, it was the team doing the negotiating. Lost another customer and from your ratings so far, looks like you are losing more than one. More
