I have purchased 4 cars from Leith Honda and experienced consistently good customer service each time. The sales staff is knowledgeable regarding their products and works to provide the best value that mee consistently good customer service each time. I may have gotten a lower price elsewhere, but I know that Leith stands behind their cars with good service. I dealt with Rick Bricker in recently purchasing a new FIT. I was looking for a hybrid, but found that neither the Insight (no back seat) nor the Civic (nearly impossible to get) really met our needs. He suggested the FIT and my wife loves it! Although the FIT gets slightly less gas mileage than the hybrids, I know the resale value will be strong in a few years when I trade again and I don't have to worry about replacing any batteries. More

He knew how to keep the customer from getting frustrated and disappointed. He understand the family dynamic of 'first car for a daughter'. While the process takes a while, there's alot of money at stake, so he knew how to break the process up into pieces where the interest stays and no frustration.
