We recently bought a new van from Leith Honda, dealing specifically with Steve Soppa. The ONLY reason we bought our van from Leith was Steve. He was sincere and honest and we did not run into any of the specifically with Steve Soppa. The ONLY reason we bought our van from Leith was Steve. We actually got a better price by a couple hundreds dollars, but we wanted to deal with Steve specifically. He was very communicative and kept me updated every step of the way, we wanted a specific color and there was not one in the state of NC. Leith was persistent in finding the van and Steve took great care of us. Thank you, Dale. More

After I got to Leith, it became clear that the other dealers had sent me bait-and-switch quotes for a car at a lower trim level than I requested. Leith may not have responded to my e-quote request, but at least they didn't send me a bait-and-switch offer. Love my new car! More

This was the best car buying experience yet at Leith Honda. We are a Honda family. We have had 6 Honda's and of those 4 have been purchased at Leith. I have worked with Honda's service dept since I moved to NC in 2006. They always give detailed estimates and allow you to process the information before expecting an answer. When Melanie in service told me my 2001 Honda civic engine needed to be replaced, she didn't rush an answer. She answered by questions about the issue. When it was a better option to trade my '01 in for another car she referred me to Paul in sales. He also took the time to assess my current situation. We were deciding on whether or not leasing or buying was a better option. I ended up leashing a 2011 Civic. I am very happy with my purchase. I look forward to seeing how the end of leash experience measures to my beginning. I hope Paul will be around for that because he was very helpful and didn't over sell any one option. It would be nice to have that again in 3yrs. More
I honestly cannot praise Leif Honda and Matt Parsons enough. As a young adult buying a car for the first time with little established credit and living in an area that has a plethora of car dealerships, enough. All clichés aside, I felt as if I was honestly guided and helped throughout the entire experience. The overall experience was great but the final price I ended up paying was even better! More

I may have gotten a lower price elsewhere, but I know that Leith stands behind their cars with good service. I dealt with Rick Bricker in recently purchasing a new FIT. I was looking for a hybrid, but found that neither the Insight (no back seat) nor the Civic (nearly impossible to get) really met our needs. He suggested the FIT and my wife loves it! Although the FIT gets slightly less gas mileage than the hybrids, I know the resale value will be strong in a few years when I trade again and I don't have to worry about replacing any batteries. More
