Salesman, Ron Rossbach, was very friendly, helpful, competent and wanting to please me, the customer. Excellent! I was not told about the Honda paying the first car payment until I asked about it before walking out the door. The additional customer benefits offered by the dealer are pathetic. 50% off the first oil change - at least you could provide the first one free. Transportation for service to the local area mall - service to your house or place of work would be nice. Dealers in the Rochester NY area are much more generous. Oil changes for life, free loner car, etc. More

I was met at the door by Jason's bright, smiling face and he took his time helping me choose the best vehicle for our needs. I looked at half a dozen cars and was extremely picky. The entire time Jason was patient, engaging and made me feel very comfortable. He helped me get a great deal on a used CR-V and we could not be happier. I never once felt pressured and he also was very respectful and congenial. I would highly recommend not only Leith Honda as the best place to buy new and used vehicles but I would also highly recommend asking for Jason's assistance.
