I have bought and sold 20 cars or so in my life and this was by far one of the best experiences I have had. I bought a used vehicle from Brendan Mathews at Leith Honda 2/2012. One week after the purchase of my new car, I returned to the dealership to have the "we owe" item and Simoniz detailing performed. I arrived at the agree upon time and the service advisor did not have me l the dealership to have the "we owe" item and Simoniz detailing performed. I arrived at the agree upon time and the service advisor did not have me listed in the computer system as having an appointment. She did, however, work me in so that the "we owe" item could be installed. The detail crew also did not know that I was waiting for the work to be done to my car. They apparently were going to do the same thing - work me in to get the work done. The detailing work is a two hour procedure that I had already planned the time for in my day. Needless to say, that part had to be rescheduled for a time that I could bring the car back. I was not happy at all that the service department did not know that I was coming in to have the "we owe" item installed. Someone did not follow through with what should have been done to make the purchaser of a new car feel that the dealership values them as a customer. I appreciate what they did to accommodate the installation of the "we owe" item, but was very disappointed in the entire experience. What should have taken about 2-2.5 hours for both the installation and detail work took nearly 2 hours for the installation only. I certainly hope that the detail work will take place as promised this second time around. More

Bought a new 2012 Civic Hybrid a few weeks ago (1/16/12) and Waleed made the experience great. Originally interested in purchasing an Insight, but after test driving it and the Civic Hybrid ended up being m and Waleed made the experience great. Looked online and found that Leith Honda was the only Honda dealership in the area that had the color I was interested in (Gray) in stock. Drove in to test drive the Civic once more before making a final decision, but after talking with Waleed Abdelsattar I decided to go ahead with purchasing the Civic. He was very helpful, informative, very professional, and made the decision to go with the Civic that much easier and I was given a great deal also.
