I came late, 1 hour before closing.. with the intent of buying a car. Mr. Williams approached me with a smile, and a hand-shake - that was just the start of this amazing experience. He was very thorough and straightforward with me, about financing opportunities, rates, and numbers they look for in terms of credit. I am also a pretty straightforward man by nature - so when it came for price negotiations I asked what they mark up the car for commission, I asked for 1,000 off of that - and I got it - no old school haggling, no bs - just quality service with a smile. The next night, I came in from work late to the dealership again.. they were able to assist me in filling out additional paperwork via email, as I work in front of a laptop most of the time, without cell service. This made the process of finishing the paperwork in person, very easy - as it was already complete, minus a few signatures. I went with the premium package , which included an outer and inner coat - which, is amazing by itself! However, the night I purchased the car - it was very late, and no-one from the service department was there. They set me up with an express appointment only one day later. I was met with a smile, and they processed my information quickly in the service department. Having mentioned I would like a shuttle to a coffee shop the previous day in an email, I was met with Nahru Williams this morning - with his own personal keys in hand. He lent me his personal car - to go to a coffee shop, free from the restraints of a shuttle - to do as I wish, he just had my number to call me when it was finished. I arrived to see my car sparkling, and satisfaction was an understatement.. he met me by my car , my keys in hand, and his keys I handed back to him. Due to Nahru Williams direct actions, I went from a free-agent, looking for the best service on multiple lots - to a "life customer". I purchased an 2013 Honda Civic-EX - I will purchase cars from Nahru as long as he is selling - I am buying. 100% satisfied.. this man is a top quality professional. I hate haggling with car salesmen. I hate their little side-show where they go to a backroom and consult with their “manager” on a deal. I like to go online, do research, decide on the vehicle, model and color I want, then ask for a quote on the dealer’s website. A lot of these dealerships will turn around quickly to give you an estimate. Very often, the person who responds to your email is not the salesperson who will assist you when you visit the dealership. That is when the “fun” begins- you get assigned to a person who has no knowledge of what you wanted to begin with, so you start from square one! At Leith Honda, Paul Boyd responded almost immediately to my request for a quote. I liked his price and as a result, I visited the dealership without an appointment. Paul was gracious to meet with me, despite the fact he was occupied with another client. So he assigned me to Hugh Bodenstein who was very helpful and very honest and sincere in answering all my questions. And Hugh was aware of what I wanted and the price I wanted the vehicle for. Of course, Leith Honda’s perks, which include free oil changes , are the proverbial “icing on the cake” in making the buying experience as painless and as stress-free as possible. Got in, picked my vehicle, signed a few documents and got out. Really quick. I bought my first Odyssey from Leith Honda in 2002. Drove that vehicle worry-free until a few days ago (I sold it) and bought me this new one from Paul and Hugh. Internet sales was not so much in vogue then (as it is today), but I was treated very well then, as I was now. Must be some kind of a culture these guys at Leith Honda have. More power to you! More

I would highly recommend either one of them; Dino Payne or Michael Guy. Honest, upfront, not pushy at all, the type sales people you would want no matter what you were buying. They listen to what you want, hear what you can afford and then go out and see what and how they can meet your needs. We / they found a vehicle I loved. Then ..... Shortly after getting our van we ended up with a problem. We had an extremely difficult situation that came upon our newly purchased vehicle not due directly to either them or us. It was a serious problem and very upsetting. We went to Leith Honda Raleigh with our concern of the problem realizing it was going to be a hard problem to fix. Yet, from the very beginning they were calm, understanding and had a mindset to find a solution that could accommodate all of us. In the long run they made sure we were not only happy, but were completely and extremely satisfied with the outcome. Problems arise in any company, but how they are handled makes some stand apart. Leith stands far apart. They showed great integrity in processing and resolving a horrible situation, that by rights was really another's responsibility. They were compassionate, honest in standing by the things they said. We would buy a used or new vehicle from them again in a minute. We also would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of buying a vehicle. If you are looking for a car of any kind and need to know that you are going to deal with reputable people then please by all means go to Leith Honda Raleigh. We would also like to send a special thanks to Todd Holmes and Russ Clark for their help. And a HUGE Thank YOU to Bo Bodenstine who worked with us extensively. He is a man of great character, Godly, calm, compassionate, looks for ways to help above and beyond. He took a terrible situation and strived to make it better than before.
