My experience at Leith Honda in Raleigh was quite positive. I was able to browse and communicate with a sales associate when I was ready. Waleed Abdelsattar assisted me with my purchase. He was attentive and made the extra effort to ask me not only what type of car I wanted but what kind of purchasing experience I would like. For instance, he wanted to know how much information and communication I wanted/needed from him. He listened when I explained why I was looking for the type of vehicle I had my heart set and helped me make my own decision. Additionally, I was impressed that Waleed did not pressure me to hurry and make a purchase so he could make a sale. In past car purchasing experiences, I felt the need to have my father or brothers accompany me so I would not be hassled or misled as many car dealerships tend to mislead women. Waleed provided me with excellent information and even encouraged me to compare his information elsewhere. As a result, I was neither hassled or misled and feel great about my decision and purchase. My experience with Leith Honda has left me cold. I often use their express oil change services primarily because of their proximity to my daily commuting route. If it wasn't for this reason I would never u use their express oil change services primarily because of their proximity to my daily commuting route. If it wasn't for this reason I would never use this place. I have been left cold because of the utter lack of customer service and common courtesy. It is a regular occurrence that upon exiting your vehicle under the service shelter or entering the service area NO ONE will address or greet you. So I had my reservations with this location when it came to wanting to buy a vehicle from them. But of course Leith Honda was the closet dealership with the best price of the vehicle I was looking for. The buying process itself was an easy process but the after care that was set up during the purchase was a huge CATASTROPHE!! Dave was great during the purchase process. Danny F. completed my final paperwork. During this process I selected the Simoniz Glasscoat protection for my car and scheduled my appointment with the preface in needing to use to shuttle because the application of the product would take hours. I purchased my vehicle on a Saturday. During the weekend I noticed that a plastic plate in the overhead center console was pulling away from the ceiling. I returned to the dealership to have it looked at. I dealt with all new people. A salesperson standing outside promptly approached me (surprising) and asked if he could help. I explained the issue and he ran around trying to find someone to help. He finally came back with a service advisor to look at the issue. The service advisor looked at the console tried to dismiss the issue until I insisted that I knew that the console was damaged. The service advisor drove it off and then brought it back after about 20-30mins. The service advisor did not explain what was done just handed my keys back. I drove off and before I could get to Durant Road. The console piece had pulled back from the ceiling again. I contacted Dave my salesperson and he said that he would look at it. Because I had bought and Acura he suggested that I would probably have to take it back to the Acura dealership. {Acura diagnosed and fixed my issue in less than 20 mins free of charge}. I appreciated the honesty but why could the service advisor from the previous day had said the same thing. Later that week the day came to have the Simoniz installed I crossed my fingers that things would go well for once but it didn't. I scheduled my appointment with Danny F. dependent on a shuttle being available. My appointment was for 9am so I arrived at 8:45. When I arrived I found that the shuttle ran at 8:30 and 10:30. I would never have scheduled my appointment at 9 if I knew I would have to wait an hour and a half to use the shuttle. Someone specific had to check me in to have the Simoniz done. I suspected there may be someone problems so I didn't go inside and let my car go out of sight out of mind. It was easy to do because my car was driven from underneath the shelter to the adjacent parking lot where the completed cars are parked. I sat and watched my car sit for about an hour until I received a call from my salesperson saying that my car was ready. Dave came out and pointed out reasons why he thought the car had had the Simoniz applied. I explained to him that I didn't think my car had been completed because I had been sitting here looking at it the entire time. After going around and physically asking several people face to face if my car had been worked on the conclusion was that it in all actuality had not been worked on. I was thankful that I was dropped off at my home and my car was finally serviced. At the 4 hr mark I received a phone call that my service was complete. When I arrived at the dealership my car was not in the area where all the cars with completed services are parked. I got my keys back but no one communicated to each other where my car was. One of the persons in the service area ran & drove around looking for my car until it was located and drove it around for me. ALL IN ALL I BELIEVE YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET. I didn't want to pay for the extra that would ensure that I received competent, professional, and intelligent service. I understand that red carpet service at the premium dealers come at a cost but honesty and common courtesy should be free common practice. At Leith Honda expect the worst and hopefully you'll be pleasantly surprised when you have a good experience. More
My wife and I recently bought a new CR-V from Hugh at Leith Honda. Hugh was not the least bit pushy. We both felt like he genuinely wanted to make sure we got the right car for us, and in the end I felt Leith Honda. Hugh was not the least bit pushy. When they didn't have the exact model we wanted on the lot, Hugh found one for us instead of trying to sell us what was there. The next night he came back to work when he heard the car had arrived so we could get it that night. Having been through the process before at other dealerships I would say this is the best experience I've had. We will be back the next time around. More

I came late, 1 hour before closing.. with the intent of buying a car. Mr. Williams approached me with a smile, and a hand-shake - that was just the start of this amazing experience. He was very thorough and straightforward with me, about financing opportunities, rates, and numbers they look for in terms of credit. I am also a pretty straightforward man by nature - so when it came for price negotiations I asked what they mark up the car for commission, I asked for 1,000 off of that - and I got it - no old school haggling, no bs - just quality service with a smile. The next night, I came in from work late to the dealership again.. they were able to assist me in filling out additional paperwork via email, as I work in front of a laptop most of the time, without cell service. This made the process of finishing the paperwork in person, very easy - as it was already complete, minus a few signatures. I went with the premium package , which included an outer and inner coat - which, is amazing by itself! However, the night I purchased the car - it was very late, and no-one from the service department was there. They set me up with an express appointment only one day later. I was met with a smile, and they processed my information quickly in the service department. Having mentioned I would like a shuttle to a coffee shop the previous day in an email, I was met with Nahru Williams this morning - with his own personal keys in hand. He lent me his personal car - to go to a coffee shop, free from the restraints of a shuttle - to do as I wish, he just had my number to call me when it was finished. I arrived to see my car sparkling, and satisfaction was an understatement.. he met me by my car , my keys in hand, and his keys I handed back to him. Due to Nahru Williams direct actions, I went from a free-agent, looking for the best service on multiple lots - to a "life customer". I purchased an 2013 Honda Civic-EX - I will purchase cars from Nahru as long as he is selling - I am buying. 100% satisfied.. this man is a top quality professional.
