I have to say our experience with John was totally outstanding. He carefully listened to our needs and what we were looking in a car. He spent a lot of time with us to explain the cars, options and did not try to oversell us. My research helped us to determine what a fair price was for the car and John helped us to understand the final numbers before we met with Finance to finish the deal. From the time we met John til we drove the car off the lot was less that 24hours. Plus he kept in touch with us many times during that period and since we bought the car. I have to say he has been one of the best sales people we have met in the many years of car buying. He works hard and we felt it was going to be a win-win situation for all parties. The only reason I didn't give a great on overall was because when it got to the Finance part I had some issues for the second time with the Business manager. But Nahru Williams is the best in the Busine because when it got to the Finance part I had some issues for the second time with the Business manager. But Nahru Williams is the best in the Business! From the minute we walked through the door, we were treated with great customer service. Lamar welcomed us and asked if we needed help. We told him that we were looking for a Honda Accord. He walked us through the diff. options and then took us on a test drive. During the test drive, Lamar explained the differences between the LX, EX and EXL. He was very knowledgeable in all areas. He was never pushy in any way. He was there to satisfy the customer. The sales manager, Jacob, presented an offer that was in our budget. We didn't have to haggle at all. Once we agreed on the price, we were introduced to Gavin, the business manager who closed the deal. We were in and out in 2 hours and very satisfied. I would definitely recommend Leith Honda and we will certainly buy a car there again. More
