Customer Service DOES matter... even online! Today I contacted the online sales department at Leith Honda. I informed them in my inquiry that I had purchased a 2015 CR-V Touring AWD in September Today I contacted the online sales department at Leith Honda. I informed them in my inquiry that I had purchased a 2015 CR-V Touring AWD in September of 2015, and that unfortunately, my vehicle was recently totaled in a serious accident. I noted that I wanted to purchase the exact same model that I had before and was curious about the current price. Nina Braden, an "Internet Sales Manager" replied to my inquiry. I informed her that the quote she provided me was only $95 less than what I paid for the same 2015 model and was hoping for a lower price since its now a model year behind. I didn't ask for anything, I simply replied that I would look for other options. Ms. Braden's response, in my opinion, was uncaring and very unprofessional. Instead of interpreting it, I have copied it verbatim here: Hi K----, You're welcome. Not sure what they were being sold for 5 months ago, but I am sure you bought yours below invoice then. Unfortunately, we're not going to reduce the price thousands and thousands of dollar below invoice. Best Wishes, Nina Nina Braden Leith Inc. Raleigh Internet Manager nbraden@leithinc.dealerspace.com 919-573-5068 Now, I didn't ask for "thousands of thousands" below invoice. In fact, I didn't ask for anything except for a quote. If a customer is willing to spend more than $60k at your dealership in a matter of months, one would think a "manager" would at least provide a response that would make me want to walk back into the dealership. I don't know.... something like, "Let's schedule a time for you to come into the dealership so that we can figure out how to best assist you." Clearly Ms. Braden doesn't want me or any more of my money to come to Leith Honda. And after her lack of care or quality customer service, neither me nor my money will return. Leith, you lost a jewel when Alison Davis left. Customer Service is everything in this business. Thankfully, there are several other Honda dealerships in the Triangle area! More
Brilliant!! I went to the dealer to buy a new 2016 Honda Civic. I initially met with Jacob Buff who was extremely courteous. Jacob assigned me over to Medhat (Mad I went to the dealer to buy a new 2016 Honda Civic. I initially met with Jacob Buff who was extremely courteous. Jacob assigned me over to Medhat (Maddy) Zaalouk, a senior sales consultant. Maddy was highly knowledgeable, patient and courteous. The test drive was great. We went on the highway as well as the city roads so I got a complete feel of the car. The price I was offered was good too! I was then introduced to Derek Percell who handles the financial part flawlessly. Overall, a great experience and one which I shall remember fondly. I do wish to name one more person - Danielle Henderson. Danielle is the internet sales coordinator. She was extremely helpful and patient with me and walked me through everything and also endured my countless rants and calculations for I tend to crunch numbers and calculate everything right down to the tiniest detail. My car shopping experience at Leith Honda was great. More
Michael Chauvette (a.k.a. Chevy) is great. Life long Honda Owner. Moved to Raleigh recently and decided to get a new Honda. Chevy was awesome. Very knowledgable and not pushy. Another great Honda buying experience! We have become a Honda family, and part of the reason is because of the service and quality relationship we have with the salespeople at Leith Honda. We have become a Honda family, and part of the reason is because of the service and quality relationship we have with the salespeople at Leith Honda. Marvin Camper has been selling us cars for many years, giving us updates on new options or deals and patiently waiting until we are ready. Jacky in finance also remembers us and treats us with professionalism and kindness.
