Probably didnt even try to run my credit score until I opted him too. Didnt work with me at all and all he offered was judgement. He was laughing at me when I said that he wasnt giving me a good deal. He was rude and condecending, treating me like I was stupid. I know enough about dealerships and It was not my first time buying a car. I have gone to the process before with other dealerships and they treated me with respect and courtesy. He just judged and laughed. Felt very wrongly treated and would never give them my money. More
Safety Recall Campaign After recall work was completed, the SEL/RESET button no longer was functioning. Was told by service advisor that problem was not caused by Leith and After recall work was completed, the SEL/RESET button no longer was functioning. Was told by service advisor that problem was not caused by Leith and that the only remedy would be to replace the entire dash board system ( at my expense ). He did not offer to do any further investigation, which might have included a loose wire connection after the initial service or possible blown fuse, nothing at all! After placing several calls to the service manager's listed numbers on Leith's website and receiving no call backs have contacted Honda North America, maybe they will respond. More
In and Out in Under 2 Hours! Kennis was an excellent salesperson to work with. He had the car we had selected ready for us in front of the building, and came out to greet us when Kennis was an excellent salesperson to work with. The whole process was super easy & quick - we were in and out of the dealership with our new car in less than 2 hours. Considering we drove around for a bit and talked, that is very fast! I would recommend Kennis & Leith Honda to any one in Raleigh. More
less than honest finance manager We give this review a "2 - salesman Ray Qada, gets a "5", but Jacky Hwang, Finance Mgr, gets a "1", which skews the rating. He was extremely condescen We give this review a "2 - salesman Ray Qada, gets a "5", but Jacky Hwang, Finance Mgr, gets a "1", which skews the rating. He was extremely condescending, and LAUGHED AT US (mockingly) when we refused his attempts to sell an extended warranty. He told an "untruth" when we asked if we had to decide on a warranty right then, stating Honda only offers extend warranties "at time of purchase". That is simply not true. He further stated that Honda's paint jobs aren't what they used to be, are soft, and not covered under warranty. Don't be fooled into thinking you have to make decisions about extended warranties the day of purchase under SO much pressure after being presented with a chart FULL of options with different deductibles, coverages, time frames, etc. It's a lot to process and you need time to research, do the math, and decide if it's worth it - and most times they are not. It's no mystery the finance mgr is an important, integral part of the profit margin and "highly trained" in pitching and closing the product/finance options. But, when it involves deceiving the customer and treating them like they are complete idiots in order to accomplish that goal, that's inexcusable. We completed their survey a couple of wks ago and told someone would contact us, hasn't happened - just the automated, generic response. If we don't hear from them we can only assume their "customer satisfaction is our most important goal" is a crock, and they do not care if their employees lie to their customers. More
My first Honda and I love it! I went to visit Leith one afternoon to check out the new Honda Accords. I honestly just went to look. The next day, Mike Anbar and Cray reached out. To make a long story short, they were great and I was given an awesome deal on a 2016 Honda Accord. It warmed my heart to give Mike Anbar his first deal during his first week at Leith! I can't say enough about the customer service I received from Jacky! Leith is the way to go! Ask for Mike A., Cray, and definitely Jacky! More

Did not sell at quoted price I called several dealerships for pricing. Leith kept beating other dealership prices.
