I just bought a 2015 Honda Civic LX at Leith Honda, Raleigh NC. I experienced one of the best customer service. My first representative was Daniel Harris, and the other Josh David. I went not knowing much about new cars and leave feeling as if I was a pro at telling about new Honda cars. I had a small budget, however, I went through their finance company and got a great interest rate (I mean, one of the best interest rates, even though I never had an auto loan before). At first, I didn't want to go with their finance but they have encouraged me and it was really the best choice I ever made, in term of buying a car. Daniel took me for a test drive on roads that was safe. He was cognizant of the fact that a new car can be a little uncomfortable, therefore the test drive felt comfortable as I drove on safe roads with little traffic. He asked questions during and after the test, just to make sure that I was comfortable with my choice. I left with a brand new car at a very good low price and an excellent interest rate, because they wouldn't stand by and allow me to go home without owning a New car. While being there, I didn't miss being away from home. Daniel offered coffee and water and see to it that I was more than comfortable. I didn't feel rushed or not being respected. I was shown respect and was treated as a valued customer. I saw tiredness in Daniel's eyes; however, this couldn't be seen throughout his actions. He was full of energy and excitement. He was like a friend, yet still, in a very professional way, as he went through all the necessary paper work with me. I went to other car dealers before Leith; however, I purchase here mostly because they've put customer first. I would recommend all my friends to go and see Leith, ask for Daniel Harris and you will most likely walk away with a car. More

The sales department were so professional, Bobby and Waleed never made us feel any pressure. Most will try and rush you to make decisions and try and convience you to buy the product. I always have been turned off from the aggressive style of car sales staff and use to go after hours or Sundays so I do not feel rushed. NOT Bobby and Waleed. They are so professional and not once did I feel rushed or pressured. The best approach to customer service. The product will sell itself, Waleed and Bobby understands that and is why they will always be recommended to my friends, family and coworkers if they are thinking of buying a car. The two business managers Jeremy an Gavin were nothing less than fantastic. There professionalism and the quality of customer service was amazing. Jeremy and Gavin both have the "it factor" when it comes time to purchasing your car. Honda is fortunate to have these four individuals on their team. More

From the time he greeted me until I drove away, John was kind, patient, and friendly. His knowledge about Honda products was particularly impressive, and he took the time to explain new features, pros/cons, and comparisons among vehicles. He made sure that I was comfortable with operating the features he demonstrated as we examined the new vehicle. Although the dealership was "crawling" with customers, he gave me his full attention the entire time I was there. I never had the feeling that I needed to "hurry up." Our conversations were not one-way. He was interested enough in my being a satisfied customer that he asked me questions and welcomed my input in the process. I also spoke to Russ Clark and Danny Feeney while I was there, and they were equally professional and friendly. As a Leith customer for years, my experience reinforced my loyalty to them. John's knowledge and professionalism will serve him well in his business. For those of you reading the reviews......go to Leith in Raleigh, and ask for John Oliver! More

Shane Chasse (Sales Consultant) I just wanted to share my experience with Shane when purchasing a new 2015 Civic. I met him the day before Christmas and shared with him my intention I just wanted to share my experience with Shane when purchasing a new 2015 Civic. I met him the day before Christmas and shared with him my intentions to purchase a new Civic for my daughter. He was incredibly friendly and provided NO pressure. My daughter did not know what I was planning on doing but I had to call her because she needed to at least pay for the insurance. When I mentioned this to her, she really wasn't interested because of the added insurance cost. Therefore, I had to tell Shane that we could not follow through with the deal. He was so good about it and totally understood. I really respected him for that. He had a smile and said "no worries, if things change, you know how to contact me and wished me a Merry Christmas". I felt really bad that I wasted his time. Needless to say, later that day, I decided to buy the car and put it in my name including the insurance. The day after Christmas we signed the paperwork and the whole time, he was friendly, honest and trustworthy. I had all my family with me and they were quite impressed with Shane as well. Nahru Williams was by far, the best Sales Rep I've had the pleasure of working with. There was absolutely no pressure to make the purchase and he was so helpful in explaining everything during the process. He even paired my phone with the Bluetooth in the car and set all the radio stations and just everything for me so all I had to do was drive it away! Fabulous experience and I'd highly recommend a Honda Experience with Leith Honda in Raleigh. More
