My experience at Leith Honda was excellent thanks to Gillian I had a great experience with Gillian at Leith Honda. Gillian made me feel very comfortable and eased the nerves I had about buying a new car. Being t I had a great experience with Gillian at Leith Honda. Gillian made me feel very comfortable and eased the nerves I had about buying a new car. Being that I recently moved from CT to North Carolina just a week ago, I was already a little anxious and a bit overwhelmed. Gillian reassured me that it was my decision and she made sure that I was very comfortable with my finances and gave me excellent advice. Gillian also worked extremely hard making sure that I would leave the parking lot with the car that I love!! She also stayed in contact with me during those few days reminding me of what I needed and making sure I was still comfortable with my decision. Leith Honda is very lucky to have someone like Gillian on their team. I thank Leith Honda for their kind service towards me and for working hard in making sure that I had the car I wanted. My husband and I went to a few dealerships and I never got the warm and fuzzy feeling, in fact I was extremely overwhelmed. However, when we arrived at Leith Honda we met with Sam, he was amazing. I never felt like I was being pushed into a sale, he was patient and very friendly. I’d like to say the price on the CRV was what made me agree to purchase the vehicle, but I really think it was Sam’s sincere honesty and willingness to review all of the options with me. I would recommend him to anyone; it didn’t feel like a sales experience at all, I felt like I was sitting in an office talking about a car with a friend.
