Extremely Disappointed with My First Car Buying Experience Here is my complete Story. Just wanted to share so that you can improve upon your Customer Service. I took a Certified Pre Owned 2012 Honda Accord C Here is my complete Story. Just wanted to share so that you can improve upon your Customer Service. I took a Certified Pre Owned 2012 Honda Accord Coupe. Initially I went to see Some Honda Accord Coupe for the first time to the dealer. A sales person called "Jason Kreykes " showed me a car and i didn't like that car and he is reluctant to show me more cars as it was getting late for him in the evening. Hence i decided not to go with him. Couple of days later, I went again to find another Car which i saw online. And this time i saw the reviews of the sales person and went to a guy called Chevy Michael. He is a nice guy. I liked the car and We had a good negotiation and finally i made a deal for my first Car. Since its a used car and certified pre owned And there are some scratches on the car. We had a deal that dealer will be fixing those scratches before my delivery. And the deal is done to pick the car 1 week after on a Fine Friday. And Chevy was Out for vacation that entire week and said he will be coming over friday and will deliver the car. I prepared myself for all my finance and Insurance and finally the day came. On Thursday, the first sales guy Jason called me and said he will be taking care of my delivery and will make the car ready by Friday evening by the time i come. I called him on Friday and said i will be coming in the evening and everything is all set from my end. I went in the evening and the CAR IS NOT YET READY. It was still in the Garage for the certification check (180 point check). I waited for 2 hours for the car to be ready. And the scratches were not yet repaired and the car was not cleaned properly. I was so disappointed since that was my first car buying experience. I am so pissed off since I was travelling for 25 miles for every visit to the dealer. I asked him what is this and what can be done now. He just simply said, it happens sometimes and asked me to come any time later to get the scratches fixed. And his answer was so rude. I said i can't drive again 25 miles to get the scratches fixed and i dont have any other car to drop my car here for the scratch fix. I asked him to provide me a rental car and finally he agreed for that thinking that he was doing a favor. I took the car and went in the night at 8:30 PM after all the wait. I didn't realise there was small crack on the windshield as it was night. Next day morning i realised and then i called Jason and said the same. He was so rude, that he told me that it might have happened with you only. I said it was only one day that i took the car and how can you say that i did it. And also there was a noise coming from the brake pads and also the front right wheel is shaking when going on a high way @ 65 miles speed. When i went to drop my car for the scratches fix, i told him all these problems and asked him to fix these before returning my car. Now Jason was busy with other customers on that day and asked Chevy to deal with me for that day. I told all these problems to Chevy and asked him to please fix them before returning back the car to me. 2 days later, they called me and said my car is ready and i went to pick the car up. But to my Surprise, nothing is fixed except the scratches. And that too, scratches are not properly fixed. Still the noise from the brake pads and the front right wheel and the crack on the windshield is not fixed. And Chevy handed over the car to me. When i asked him, he said i dont know about all these, as you were working with Jason on this car. I am again pissed off. I don't know what to do and then talked to a manager called Max Alexander. And he listened to my entire story and said that he can't do anything and asked me to come back to have the car checked by a service department. And i have to travel again 25 miles for this. This guys is also so rude and disrespectful. And finally I decided not to tell anything and simply walked away from the dealer with dissatisfaction. My Sincere advice. Please make your customers happy and please make your sales persons treat the customers well even if they are buying used cars. Please don't encourage guys like Jason at all. It was seriously a Bad experience for me with Jason. And i am totally disappointed with my first car experience with this delaer. I will not recommend any of my friends to buy a car from this dealer. Please read and understand my Pain..!! hope this helps and improves your Customer receiving experience.!!!! Thanks..!!! More

Leith Honda happened to be closer to us and when we were patched through to Alison we knew we'd be taken care of properly! Alison's attention to detail and trying to find us what we wanted, needed, and could afford all in one car was truly amazing. We've never had a better experience with a dealership OR a salesperson! She really is honest and transparent, and you really feel like she wants what's best for you. She truly went above and beyond! Anytime someone needs a vehicle I'll certainly be referring them to Alison and when our lease is up we won't think of going anywhere else! More

Rick is the best! Rick helped me find my dream car. I'm about as pick as any woman can be and he did what he could to get me the car I wanted, in my price range and in Rick helped me find my dream car. Better than Expected! Wally helped me lease a car 3 years ago and when the lease neared maturity I was glad to see that he was still with Leith Honda. I knew which model a Wally helped me lease a car 3 years ago and when the lease neared maturity I was glad to see that he was still with Leith Honda. I knew which model and trim I was interested in and Wally worked with me via email and phone to hammer out the details before I arrived at the showroom. Unlike other car dealers I have worked with I was happy and pleased that the numbers didn't change the day I showed up.
