Stanley and Alison were great to work with! ! Cutting to the real problem is JACKY HWANG... he is to put it nicely a lying, deceitful, pushy snake. He has zero respect for people. He added ! He added $4000 to my loan for "warranties" after telling him at least 5 times that we didn't need them. He then gave me a 6 year term after I told him I only wanted a 5 year term. He's a snake and he's the reason that people don't want to purchase new vehicles. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership because of Jacky HWANG. More
