He didn't give off that "used car sale man" stereotype that you always worry about when you think of going and purchasing a car. We were excited to go up and look at what he had in mind for our family. When we arrived he a couple vehicles for us to look at. Nothing that was out of our price range which was very nice to not have to tell him "no"!! We left there that same day with a vehicle for my son. I'm grateful for the experience that we had with Jeff and will always contact him first when we are in need for another vehicle to drive. More

The 3 Hour Sale Purchase process was O.K., traded in a 2 year old vehicle and was lo-balled on trade. Looked up the car value on line at several sites and at 1st the Purchase process was O.K., traded in a 2 year old vehicle and was lo-balled on trade. Looked up the car value on line at several sites and at 1st they offered below lowest suggested trade value. The explanation was they use a special dealership only evaluation site, there was no give. Sales general manager was a little patronizing with his service, the rest of the sales staff was very nice and professional. If it was not for the value of the vehicle I was looking at, I probably would not go back. I was able to get better financing outside the dealership as well. Turned in a car that was show room ready, complete with brand new set of tires and complete set of receipts for all scheduled services and tires. I felt I was taken advantage of in trade process, and dealership was flippant about the trade part of the agonizing process. More
Customer srvc was ok but title dept. dropped the ball I bought a used 2008 Kia Sedona from this dealership. Customer service was good but their title dept. took over 3 weeks just to send off paperwork to I bought a used 2008 Kia Sedona from this dealership. Customer service was good but their title dept. took over 3 weeks just to send off paperwork to DMV so I could get my tags. Seeing that I paid title fees & admin. fees, I expected them to actually do their job on this part. If I hadn't followed up with them about this, I would have not received my tags in time (OR EVEN AT ALL) before my temporary ones expired. They definitely dropped the ball on this one. And when Allan called me back to say they sent off the paperwork finally, he didn't apologize or anything...he acted like it wasn't a big deal. So, if you buy from Lieth Chrysler Jeep, make sure you follow up with the title dept.! Van is in overall good condition, but has some squeaky sounds when I turn. They were supposed to have addressed this issue before I left the dealership with van (b/c I noticed it during the test drive), and they said they did, but sound returned a couple days later. Overall though, my experience was decent. No dealership will ever be completely honest with you b/c they are out to make money, so I never give an "excellent" rating. More

This guy wasn’t the typical sales rep and I could see that he is an honest and trustful man. They tagged the car at 21,890 and reduced the price by $1000 to allow me to take the deal. They also gave me a good price for my old Jeep. The overall experience was very! good mainly thanks to the sales rep Trevor who was just fantastic. I would highly recommend you to go to this dealership and specifically ask for Trevor. More

He is genuinely courteous, professional and for the first time, it felt as though a salesperson was actually working for me and not playing games. Negotiations were swift and they stood by their word every step of the way. It was also nice to see more camaraderie vs. cut throat interactions within the Sales Staff. It appears people actually like their roles and other colleagues. I'm originally from up north and with dealers on every corner, you feel like a piece of meat thrown into a lion cage. If you want a quality, low pressure experience from a Team that is customer focused and strives to have your needs met (within reason of course), this is your place. You'd be prudent in giving them an opportunity, and I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle. More

Edward was a fantastic sales man, and they gave me what I thought was a good deal on a Mazda CX-7. However, the entire time they boasted about how their customer service didn't stop after the paperwork was signed. This is a complete joke. After signing the paperwork, the salesman handed me one single key to my new car. I asked where the second one was and they said they would find it. It's now 2 weeks later and no one has contacted me back about a second key. I've texted Edward a couple of times and he says that it's up to management, but NO ONE from management will return my calls. Had I known that the car was going to come with one key, and that I would receive such terrible service after the fact, I would have taken my business elsewhere. More
