Yesterday's experience was like a family reunion at Leith Chrysler Jeep in Raleigh off Capital Blvd. I'd never been there before, didn't know any of the people, but was treated like family - from my first email, to my visit, through the paperwork, the drive off the lot, and the next day, I was made to feel right at home. Julie Chasse is outstanding! Honest, genuine, an advocate for the customer. We exchanged emails, phone calls, and texts the day before. Julie worked to put together a deal for me, listened, and looked at all my options. We negotiated some even though the offers were great to start. Julie texted to confirm my appointment and had my vehicle ready when I arrived. She was polite, professional, and honest, even more so in person. No games, straightforward, answered all my questions. I'm a big believer in customer reviews. There were multiple 4 and 5 stars reviews online and I have to agree with the comments from others. Julie definitely makes a difference at this dealership. I also had direct interactions with Peter Rizkalla and Allan Kanter, and recognized many of the other people from the staff website. As I waited, I had the opportunity to make my own observations. The interactions between staff, between staff and customers, it was just a great vibe in the showroom. I don't get anything for this review, but hope it helps. My experience was overall positive and this dealership exceeded my customer expectations. To Julie and others, thanks again! More

Terrible service manager "Billy" Worst and terrible customer service. Long story short, My 2014 Jeep Cherokee has transmission issue since I bought this brand new car. Already replace Worst and terrible customer service. Long story short, My 2014 Jeep Cherokee has transmission issue since I bought this brand new car. Already replaced transmission, but didn't fix the issue(hard shifting). I went to this "Leith Chrysler Jeep that has 4.4 out of 5 reviews". However, they only updated transmission software and the car is just same as before. I talked to a service manager, "Billy". He was rude and disrespectful. He said, "if you are unhappy with your car, trade in your car and get new one or just drive". "I'm not gonna fix your car anymore". How the hack he got his manager title? When we have a conversation, he was sitting his desk and I was just standing. I was so mad by his rudeness. I'm going to post this on the Chrysler webpage as well. More
