Over the last 3 years Jeff has “checked in” periodically to make sure we were happy with our car. This month, I decided to update our GPS map. I struggled with the installation and I called Jeff Williams for advice. He invited me to come see him for assistance. Jeff spent almost an hour out of his busy morning with me until the installation was completed. Jeff’s efforts, expertise and caring attitude are “top shelf”.
