Jeep Track Hawk Interested in the new jeep track hawk. Went to the dealership to see one of these vehicles. The sales person was polite and efficient. They only had one left and it was in gray, not my favorite color but if the color appealed to me then I would consider it. The dealership is a little odd as the manager never offered me the keys to the vehicle so I could check it out. Instead he stayed on his cell phone in the show room and unlocked it as he kept an eye on me. Not quite the way I think a customer who’s about to spend $100,000 should be treated. As I walked back in the dealership I was then offered the keys clearly frustrated I refused them. I have them sent down with the sales person to see what the financing and leasing options would look like. The sales person was very good in her approach as I was clearly frustrated. Her attitude was the only reason I stayed as long as I did. I would definitely recommend Karen. As far as the management I would give them a rating of 1.. I have financed and leased a lot of vehicles and I have never been treated like this. More

My 4th time with Leith and Jeff Jeff Williams, and the entire team at Leith Jeep once again provided a simple, hassle-free experience buying and taking delivery of my 2019 Cherokee. Jeff Williams, and the entire team at Leith Jeep once again provided a simple, hassle-free experience buying and taking delivery of my 2019 Cherokee. We had worked out most of the details on the phone the day before - the only catch for me was I hadn't even driven the new Cherokee before. We arranged a time for me to come in the next day - Jeff had the car ready to go, and all of the preliminary paperwork ready in advance (a seemingly minor detail that saves a bunch of time). After the test drive, I was sure I was ready to move forward. A couple of signatures, approval and then off to the business office. During the wait (seems like the wait for the business office is always the longest part of the whole experience), multiple members of the team (sales and management alike) checked in to make sure I was OK, to let me know they're "almost done" (I was waiting for the previous customer to be finished), and in general, to congratulate me on the new car. The entire team has always been friendly. There's no doubt I will keep coming back to Jeff and all the great people here when the itch for something new pops up again in the future. More
