Good experience all arpund I came into the dealership with my beloved 2014 Cherokee after receiving a letter that suggested they could "upgrade" me and "lower my payment". I didn't even want to get rid of my baby. Jeff (who sold me my 2014 and strangely was paired with me again) did a great job finding the only vehicle that would make me give up my baby. He looked all over for what I wanted and found it in a day or two. Then they made the deal work! It sounds too good to be true but I love my new, slightly fancier, Cherokee. Thanks guys! More
