He knows his product and takes pride in what he sales. The Sales Manager Trevor Penick was awesome trying to work with me on creating the best situation for me and my family. He was so honest and you could tell he had our best interests at heart. Our finance manager Peter Rizkalla was very friendly and pleasant as well and made the process very easy without feeling so overwhelming. While being at the dealership we interacted with several different team members and they were all so friendly, polite and that just adds exceptional quality to a car buying experience. I will continue to let this team take care of my JEEP with service as I can tell they value customer appreciation. . When I initially went the dealership I was only interested in looking at all of the Jeeps and comparing them to see which one I really wanted, after knowing that I was going to eventually buy one for over 3 years. Sunny, did just that with me and he explained all the different features of each Jeep. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and was able to answer all of my questions. I continued to look at them and he continued to educate me about them. Unexpectedly, I found the perfect Jeep. He didn’t pressure me to buy it that day but I had to. I knew that Jeep belonged to me.
