Honesty They took off hundreds on my trade-in to make the car "showroom ready" when the used car I bought wasn't even close to that. After I left the dealers They took off hundreds on my trade-in to make the car "showroom ready" when the used car I bought wasn't even close to that. After I left the dealership (in the dark), i noticed a significant gash in teh back right rim...it can not be fixed and must be replaced. They told me they detailed my car after purchase, which is a complete lie. I had to pay $150 to get the car cleaned/detailed of debris (black specs of tar/sap all over the car, which is hard to spot on a black car in the raid). I also specifically asked John K, my salesman to make sure they clean the inside where it looks like someone spilled something sticky like apple juice. I was told they cleaned it. They didnt. They are not honest, and I will never purchase a car from them again. They are in the business to sell cars, not retain or keep customers. I wish I had known that before hand, because as a business owner myself, I couldnt sleep at night knowing my customers felt the way I do about my business. More

Great experience Took my Jeep to the dealership for some repairs and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and were able to answer any questions that I had. They took time to explain what was going on and what needed to be repaired to remedy the problems. The shuttle drivers were great. Sometimes taking a vehicle to the shop is nerve wracking, but this visit was not a pain at all. I recommend the service department and I won’t hesitate to go back there. More
