From the moment I created my online account (about 5 weeks ago) when I was considering purchasing a friend's Jeep; the experience has been top notch. The next morning I had a call from Laura Bowerman who was so accommodating with my questions; we set up a service appointment on the spot (for a month later). When I brought the Jeep in Laura was well prepared to take the Jeep, listening to my request for a general "check-up"; questions about parts (walking me to the parts department and the rest of the dealership quick tour); and putting me in a great loaner. I appreciated the text messaging for quick updates as well; even when I found out I would need ~$4K of additional work (yikes). When I came in to get the car; no waiting, all was prepared and I quickly turned in my loaner and got the Jeep back and am very happy with the work that was done. More
