It was painless. Peter Hershaft my sales rep listened to what I wanted and even though his lot didn’t have the exact vehicle I was looking for, he went out of his way to bring one from another lot. Poor customer service, I had my brakes changed and the representative told me a price for all of them and they only changed the front ones, I told them that’s not what we talked but they only blame me for representative told me a price for all of them and they only changed the front ones, I told them that’s not what we talked but they only blame me for the misunderstanding, the representative just made me feel that I was wrong, I asked for the Manager but they said he wasn’t available and they told me he wants going to call me and he didn’t , I end it up losing since I didn’t get my all of my brakes change and I have to pay somewhere else now to change the rear ones too 😡😡 More
