Johnny was super helpful I was looking for a newer model, low miles truck in a very specific budget. Johnny took the time to listen and understand what my unique needs were a I was looking for a newer model, low miles truck in a very specific budget. Johnny took the time to listen and understand what my unique needs were and showed me several options that fit my needs. I really liked a 2017 GMC Canyon and we ended up on a nice drive. Johnny was very personable and great to talk with. He and I shared a few texts and calls as I was awaiting an insurance settlement in order to finance my down payment. He always kept me up to date and was quick to respond to any inquiry I had. I ultimately found another vehicle at a different dealership that I ultimately went with, but that Canyon was my first choice up until another option was just received by another dealership I was shopping at. Even though I didn't purchase from Leith in Wendell, I wanted to give both the dealership and Jonnny in particular high marks for their great customer service. More

Carrie assisted me learning the scheduled maintenance chart and other items relating to my newly purchased used vehicle. Even though my purchase was at another dealership I will definitely have any repairs and service at this dealership. Carrie even went over oil changes specials that will assist in saving money. Both Shane and Jay were excellent sales representatives who, without being the stereotypical "pushy" salesmen, learned what I was looking for in a car and pointed out which cars on the lot would fit my needs. When it came time to talk numbers, they were fair and reasonable. Renewed our faith in the Jeep brand Remarkable service. We had our 2017 Jeep Cherokee serviced here after an ongoing issue which caused our blower motor to need to be replaced 5 times at Remarkable service. We had our 2017 Jeep Cherokee serviced here after an ongoing issue which caused our blower motor to need to be replaced 5 times at other dealerships. We had been mistreated and given the runaround by other incompetent Raleigh dealerships, but this dealership stepped up, without appointment, and outdid themselves. Jerry H, Ryan M, and George D worked as a team to fix our issue and we are beyond thankful. The atmosphere was quaint, but welcoming and they eased our worries. Thank you to the service department for righting the wrongs that had been put upon us before, we appreciate you. More
