Edit to initial review: I wrote this review once I turned over my keys. Within 15 minutes the service man came out and told me that my car was finishing up. The dealer realized I was upset and made turned over my keys. Within 15 minutes the service man came out and told me that my car was finishing up. The dealer realized I was upset and made sure the time was honored. I appreciate it when customer service recognizes an unhappy customer and makes it right. I didn’t think the review was getting posted or I would have edited this review sooner. Doesn’t honor appointment times. When I arrived, I was told the wait for a simple state inspection would be an hour and half to 2 hours. I asked what was the point in making and appointment and the response was, “just like a doctors office…..if a doctor is not available then he can’t see you”. Well, I would never wait that long at a doctors office if I had an appointment…hence the word “appointment”. Never again will I bring my car here. More

All the team was prepared to receive my car with zero waiting time. I was expecting to get my car by end of the day but they even finished it by 2 pm.
