Recently worked with Mark Firestein on a major service (timing belt); Mark updated us during the process, kept us informed when the work would be complete, and was just a pleasure to work with. Our service experiences over the past seven years with AutoPark Honda played a major role in influencing our decision to lease a '15 Honda Accord Sport over a Mazda 6. Multi Point Inspection -- FAKE! Multi point inspection? I think not. On March 20, 2015 my wife brought her 2011 CRV in for routine 5K service. The oil was changed and the wheels were Multi point inspection? I think not. On March 20, 2015 my wife brought her 2011 CRV in for routine 5K service. The oil was changed and the wheels were aligned. Of course we are always glad for the free multi point inspection which includes a simple battery check. She paid and left feeling confident that all is well. The very next day while doing errands around town the CRV would not start, stranding her. AAA checks the battery. It reads less than 8 volts. Dead. We bought a AAA battery on the spot and she drove over to Auto Park Honda. "Oh, sorry" the service person said. "Guess we missed it." "I'll tell my boss.". Exceptional in every way but especially Jon Choi, Sales! I first became acquainted with Auto Park Honda in 2011 when I purchased my first V6 Accord with Navigation. I had looked at four of my top five new c I first became acquainted with Auto Park Honda in 2011 when I purchased my first V6 Accord with Navigation. I had looked at four of my top five new car choices that day (Lexus IS, Avalon, Camry, and Maxima) before happily ending at Auto Park Honda. My reason for choosing this car was not only because it had all the “bells and whistles” I was seeking but because of a most exceptional salesperson – Jon Choi. Jon is not just a knowledgeable and professional salesperson but he is a very good guy in every aspect of his life. Whenever I had a question about my car, I could call and he would always respond. So, Jon and I have continued to touch base over the past three years when I was having my car serviced. And, by the way, there is no better service department than the Auto Park Honda team. On my most recent regular servicing appointment, Jon and I were chatting about the new 2015 V6’s. We took a spin and I traded my 2011 for 2015, just like that!! When I picked up my new car a few days later, Jon took me through my tutorials, loaded my iPhone, and music and as is his nature, said to “call with any questions.” There is a lot of new technology on this car and yes, Jon is patiently on the other end of the phone! I will wrap this up by saying, that everyone I have dealt with at Auto Park Honda has been professional, friendly, accommodating and efficient. Thank you for the exceptional service. More

Service guy sent me to the sales person because he did not know the features of the car and did not know how to fix the issue. 3 sales people tried to help me but all of them came back and said sorry they don't know the features of the car. I understand they have enough customers who bought cars from them but they should clearly state on their website and in the dealership that they don't help customers who bought cars from another Honda dealership. When I checked on my car around 1130 they hadn't even started working on it. Then some lame excuse that the wrong door strips came in and it would take another 2-3 hours. Despite paying 32K on the CR-V touring it does not come with a printed owner's manual, tire warranty or nav. manual. The 2nd page of the short manual states Honda is trying to save on paper (ya that may be true but it's also cheaper). All this is on a disk that can not be used in the car CD player, and is therefore useless if you are on the road. The short manual referred me to owners,honda.com to request the printed copies, and going to that website refers you back to dealer. By phone I spoke to both Glen and Garry who were going to look into it. When I saw Glen today he "forgot" and I don't know where Glen was. While they all seem to sympathize with the lack of printed documents, no one seems to want to do anything about it. More

Do your self a favor and look elsewhere! for product and service. This is my first and last Honda..so disappointed. More

Have had two cars there to get service done. Both cars had to bring back for work not done right. One car was suppose to be put in the computer to find out why engine light on. "We reset the computer light didn't come on" car engin light came on and wow take back to dealer, now have a 52.00 computer bill and a quote for 906.45 to have work done. Why was it not done the first time like asked. Plus made one call got the price cut in half and still using all Honda parts. All I can say is wow. So do your research. More
