Dear Mr. Sutherland, Thank you for your feedback. I want you to know how much I appreciate your taking the time to speak with me about your experience at our dealership. The conversation was constructive and gave me much insight to your feelings about your entire car purchase beginning with the test drive at our store (You stated, "No numbers were ever worked."), to your purchase at Hubert Vester Honda in Wilson, ending with your not servicing your Odyssey with our Service Department, but at a non certified Honda dealer. As we discussed prior to your vacation to Disney World, no Honda dealership can accept the service coupons you have; regardless of what Hubert Vester Honda informed you. Your pre-paid maintenance contract is only honored at the dealership where you purchased your Odyssey. You told me how polite the advisor was when you came to our dealership and rated friendliness as 4 stars, which we appreciate. Yet you wrote that you didn't buy from us due to, "...their sales staff and highest prices" but you were complimentary about your Sales Professional when you spoke with me. Also, you shared that you are unhappy with the navigation system in your Odyssey compared to your Kia. Your concerns are valid, but not the fault of AutoPark Honda of Cary. We only sell and service Hondas, we do not manufacture them. Please know that we would never "shun" a customer from our Service Department. This business practice would put us out of business. Customer satisfaction and service is our priority. Per our phone conversation, I look forward to meeting you as we spoke about. I sincerely hope you were able to resolve your issues with Hubert Vester Honda in Wilson and will reconsider this review and it's rating. I apologize that you felt the way you did, and want to change that. We want to earn your business and have your utmost confidence in our dealership. It matters not, to us, that you purchased your mini van elsewhere. What matters most, to us, is that you are a customer that is satisfied, feel treated fairly, and happy.
