Perhaps the most interesting part for me is - this is the first time (many years of getting cars serviced) i have seen a shop not trying to push for what I would call as unneeded service. Very happy! Excellent Customer Experience in Service Department I had a pesky issue with my windshield. I did not notice the problem until the car had about 8k miles on it, at that time I brought it to the attentio I had a pesky issue with my windshield. I did not notice the problem until the car had about 8k miles on it, at that time I brought it to the attention of Autopark Service Dept. It was one of those iffy issues, as to whether the dealer had responsibly to correct. As a result, I had a conversation with Danny Williams (OBTH he DOES answer his mobile phone) concerning my problem. He put me in touch with Kevin and subsequently I received a call from Todd Stephens, the Service Manager. Todd had me schedule a day to come in to have the windshield replaced, at no cost to me. No haggling at all and the job was done in one day. I want to thank Danny, Kevin and Todd for the outstanding service. This is our 2nd Honda from Autopark and I would recommend them to all my friends, for car buying and service. Thanks Guys... More
