I bought a 2016 Honda Accord Coupe and it had white spots on the hood, roof, and top of the trunk to include paint fading. Chris Kenny took my vehicle in and provided a loner. When I got my car back, I was very satisfied. The paint job looked awesome. I am a very satisfied customer and Autopark Honda is where I would go to get all my vehicles from now on. Service at its best! We are so grateful to AUTOPARK HONDA for the excellent service they provided during our recent breakdown on our way to the Raleigh airport. On Thursd We are so grateful to AUTOPARK HONDA for the excellent service they provided during our recent breakdown on our way to the Raleigh airport. On Thursday afternoon, August 2nd, we had a flat tire on Route 40. A good Samaritan stopped and put the ‘donut’ on our car. We were able to drive to our hotel in Morrisville, NC. This is where we got the phone number for the nearest Honda dealership which was Autopark Honda in Cary, NC. We left our car keys at the hotel. We had an early flight Friday morning August 3rd to Alaska. We had to wait until Monday to call the service department at Autopark Honda. We spoke to Todd Stevens from Alaska and explained our situation. Todd agreed to have our 2011 Honda Accord towed to his dealership where they would repair the tire and check the undercarriage because we also ran over a heavy piece of metal lying on the shoulder. We were very fortunate a more serious accident didn’t occur. We did speak with a few people at Honda while we were away to get updates and all of them gave us accurate information about the status of our car. This speaks to how well they communicated within the dealership. They replaced the tire and there was no other damage to our car. Our final update came from Todd. He said our Honda was on its way back to the hotel. When we returned from vacation late on Saturday night, our car was waiting for us in the hotel parking lot. The recovery from our unfortunate breakdown was handled seamlessly by everyone at both Autopark Honda and the Hampton Inn on Airport Blvd. This allowed us to enjoy our vacation. So you know you can count on AUTOPARK HONDA if you ever need them! More

Bad chat support Frankly, I am not sure whether I should rate the dealership's Customer Support or their chat service provider, maybe the latter. I contacted the dealership via chat to get a simple quote for a simple job - replacing front brake pads on my 2012 Honda Civic. I was told they do not have the pricing available (really, for such a standard procedure???), but someone will contact me with the price. I gave my phone number and asked send me a text with the quote. They wanted more details like email address, last name, etc. Obviously, to get me on the mailing list and push me some offers. I said "no, just quote me the service, please". Sure Sir, no problem. That was one week ago. No one texted me. I get it, they hire a call center to handle this kind of inquiries, but aren't they supposed to review the quality of their work? Or do they hire chat agents only to generate potential leads? If the latter, this kind of support actually makes me less likely to contact this dealership again in a future. Unfortunately, the story repeated itself exactly when I tried to contact another dealership's Service department via chat (will post identical review there as well). Guess, they use the same service, where agents either don't give a xxxx or were not properly trained. Which is sad. Guess, I will use the dealership that advertises its prices online. More
