Comfortable waiting area, with coffee, snacks, internet, current magazines and TVs, makes the wait time pleasant. Auto Park Honda is the only place my CRV EX L will be serviced. And FREE lifetime oil changes are a pretty good perk, too! More

Good, but was slow with an appt. The service reps were very aware and approachable. The facility was clean and comfortable. The service was performed in a professional manner. However, I scheduled a 9:45 am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation/balance, but it took 1 hour and 40 minutes, which is a long time for a simple set of services that was scheduled with an appointment. You can go to Jiffy Lube in the afternoon for an oil change without an appointment and leave within an hour. I can change my own oil without the professional setup in 30 minutes or less, so I expected that both services with the multi point inspection would be completed by 1 hour with an appointment with a professional setup and highly skilled technicians. More

Ask so much at my car I thought I was buying it ag I love getting my car serviced at Honda of cary. Calvin the service guy was very good and Friendly. The only thing I would say is if the company has equipment that is down have something in place such as not getting my car washed could have had some vouchers for a car wash somewhere. Other that that I would buy my next car from there. Bad experience in Raleigh would never buy or get service there. Love Honda of cary. More
