I experienced the sense of pride-in-wo Cary's Honda Park Service Center doesn't just put the S in Service, they put all the other letters in SERVICE. I experienced the sense of pride-in-work oozing out from everyone from beginning to end of my recent visit. With my 2014 Sport hesitating to start I was getting a bit anxious about being 'stuck'. What relief! when I was scheduled immediately. Upon arrival everyone worked together like clockwork, and courteous and efficient going above and beyond. Such as Nick texting a greeting in case i needed anything, then explaining in detail the results of the diagnosis, and even items that were not needed now but to expect in the future. While the wait was short, the seating is comfortable with great hot coffee and snacks. I wouldn't dream of any future cars being anything but Honda, just so I could keep coming back here. Professional and sharp, knowledgeable and courteous, the servicecdepartment staff know what they are doing and make sure Honda drivers understand, too. Comfortable waiting area, with coffee, snacks, internet, current magazines and TVs, makes the wait time pleasant. Auto Park Honda is the only place my CRV EX L will be serviced. And FREE lifetime oil changes are a pretty good perk, too! More

Good, but was slow with an appt. The service reps were very aware and approachable. The facility was clean and comfortable. The service was performed in a professional manner. However, I scheduled a 9:45 am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation/balance, but it took 1 hour and 40 minutes, which is a long time for a simple set of services that was scheduled with an appointment. You can go to Jiffy Lube in the afternoon for an oil change without an appointment and leave within an hour. I can change my own oil without the professional setup in 30 minutes or less, so I expected that both services with the multi point inspection would be completed by 1 hour with an appointment with a professional setup and highly skilled technicians. More
