their sales clerks don't listen to your concerns Today, I spent 2 hours in your showroom waiting for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY someone to look at an issue that Today, I spent 2 hours in your showroom waiting for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY someone to look at an issue that I’ve been having for the past couple of weeks. This issue is my Honda’s sluggishness in starting if it has been sitting more than an hour. I explained this issue to the clerk that I set my appointment with on the phone yesterday, the clerk that greeted me at my car when I arrived this AM, and with the clerk that wrote up my service ticket this AM. (he claims that I did not mention it) I mentioned it when he wrote up the ticket and again when my service was supposedly complete. When I mentioned it at the check out, and he knew the service was not complete to my satisfaction, he made no offer to have someone look at the issue, but said if it continues to happen, just come back. Perhaps he doesn’t listen when customers are talking about their needs, but prefers to focus on his sales pitch based on the cars mileage. He certainly DOES NOT care about good customer service. (IDEA, eliminate these clerks, as they don’t appear to listen, and just have customers use a touchscreen to select their services! More
First time customer at the Auto Park Honda service department. My first thought was the initial drop off area was as clean and immaculate as the showroom area. As I drove up, someone was already appro department. My first thought was the initial drop off area was as clean and immaculate as the showroom area. As I drove up, someone was already approaching before I could stop. I was then directed to Nick who help prepare the drop off. I was in and out in a flash due to I was dropping off my car for a recall repairs. The communication began immediately after dropping the car off, making sure everything was fine and acceptable. I was then notified the next morning as soon as the repairs began and then when the work was completed. When I arrived to pick up the car, Nick was able to provide everything for check out, then someone located my car and delivered it to me in the waiting are and I was on my way. Overall, excellent experience! More

Consistently great service. I leased a Honda from this dealer several years ago, and, every time I needed an oil change or other routine maintenance, they always have had a conve I leased a Honda from this dealer several years ago, and, every time I needed an oil change or other routine maintenance, they always have had a convenient appointment for me. Yesterday I bought a new set of tires at Costco and I was immediately able to get an appointment for an alignment check to see if an alignment was necessary. This is offered free at this location. Problems were found, which I suspected would be, as the car was pulling slightly to the right, and an alignment was performed for a reasonable price. The car now drives like new. Their waiting room is very spacious and comfortable, with free bottled water and popcorn (popcorn wasn't available due to the pandemic). There is plenty of desk space to privately catch up on work while you are waiting. I also got the car safety inspected. Was there just slightly over an hour from service write up to driving out of the facility. More

Fast, friendly and skilled service! I purchased my 2016 Honda Accord in May of 2019 and I have been very happy with it. When it was time for it’s one year scheduled servicing I called I purchased my 2016 Honda Accord in May of 2019 and I have been very happy with it. When it was time for it’s one year scheduled servicing I called and spoke with a friendly advisor who was able to get me an appointment the next day. When I arrived an advisor greeted me and quickly got me set up for the service my car needed, and gave me both a cost and time estimate. I waited for my car in the comfortable dealership waiting area that was well setup for social distancing and was continuously cleaned during my wait. After about 30 minutes my service advisor came by to give me the results of the service so far and recommended a couple of other service options, which I authorized him to do. I was very impressed with my advisors knowledge, communication skills and friendly attitude. My car service, including the additional work I authorized, was completed right on time, and I was quickly able to make my payment. When I went to pick up my car, I was very pleased to find that it had also been washed. This was my first service experience with Autopark Honda and I was very impressed with the people, the facility and the work that was done. I highly recommend Autopark Honda for anyone interested in buying or servicing a vehicle! More
