I made an online appointment to get my oil change. I’ve had multiple visits for various service needs and generally have been satisfied with the overall experience. I was disappointed that Andrew did not honor another dealership’s oil change special and even more disappointed that he did not offer me the special they had while charging me full price. Granite, not a huge amount of money however it comes down to principle. How will I be treated the next time I purchase a new vehicle? Will I get squeezed for additional charges so the dealership can make more profits? More

I recently visited Autopark Honda service center for my accord software update recall. Service Co-ordinator Mark was of great help. He discussed well about car and what all services needed. He also included multi-point inspection as complimentary for service. And it was quick enough. I waited in waiting area, Mark kept me posted with updates on vehicle.
